Hi, my names Jack and I’ve spent over a decade working in HR, building people functions from the ground up and supporting businesses as they grow from their first hire through to teams of 200+ employees. Throughout my career, my focus has been on helping leaders do the right thing for their people, while staying compliant, confident, and commercially sensible.

Alongside my HR career, I also run my own business. I started it to create more flexibility for my young family, but it has also given me first-hand experience of the realities business owners face day to day, from balancing growth and cash flow to making difficult decisions with limited time and resources.
